Green curry is one of Thailand's favourite dishes. This recipe is for 2
Ingredients:
| 2 tsp of Teoh's Green Curry Paste |
| 1 tin of Teoh's Coconut milk |
| Fish Sauce |
| 400 grams of beef / chicken /prawns |
| 240ml/8fl.oz. Chicken Stock |
| 5 Kaffir Lime Leaves |
| peas |
| rice |

Instructions:
| 1. | Gently fry the curry paste in vegetable oil and 200 coconut milk until mixuture is oily. |

| 2. | Add meat and the rest of the coconut milk, cook until the meat is tender. Now add the peas, lime leaves and some vegetables. |
|
| 3. | Add the remaining ingredients, except basil leaves, bring to simmering point then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes stirring from time to time. |
|
| 4. | Flavour with fish sauce and sugar to taste and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. |
|
| 5. | Garnish with sweet basil and serve with boiled rice. |
