Green curry is one of Thailand's favourite dishes. This recipe is for 2

Ingredients:
2 tsp of Teoh's Green Curry Paste
1 tin of Teoh's Coconut milk
Fish Sauce
400 grams of beef / chicken /prawns
240ml/8fl.oz. Chicken Stock
5 Kaffir Lime Leaves

rice
Teohs Thai Green Curry Recipe
Instructions:
1.Gently fry the curry paste in vegetable oil and 200 coconut milk until mixuture is oily.
2.Add meat and the rest of the coconut milk, cook until the meat is tender. Now add the peas, lime leaves and some vegetables.
3.Add the remaining ingredients, except basil leaves, bring to simmering point then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes stirring from time to time.
4.Flavour with fish sauce and sugar to taste and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
5.Garnish with sweet basil and serve with boiled rice.
