This recipes is for 4.

Ingredients:
1/2lb Dried Noodles (cook in boiling water for 5 mins, refreshed under cold water and set aside to drain)
1/2lb Bean Sprouts
2 Spring Onion (cut into inch size)
1/2lb Pak Choi (any other green vegetables can be use as replacement- optional)
3tbs Vegetable Oil
1tbs Sesame Oil
3tbs Light Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in wok until hot and then add noodles, bean sprouts, spring onions and vegetables and cook for 1 to 2 minutes
2.Add sesame oil, soy sauce and sugar and fry for a further minute or two andserve.

Note: You can add all sorts of meat or seafood to the noodles as well. Fry it first before combining with the noodles.
