This recipes is for 4.
Ingredients:
| 1/2lb Dried Noodles (cook in boiling water for 5 mins, refreshed under cold water and set aside to drain) |
| 1/2lb Bean Sprouts |
| 2 Spring Onion (cut into inch size) |
| 1/2lb Pak Choi (any other green vegetables can be use as replacement- optional) |
| 3tbs Vegetable Oil |
| 1tbs Sesame Oil |
| 3tbs Light Soy Sauce |
| 1/2 tsp Sugar |

Instructions:
| 1. | Heat oil in wok until hot and then add noodles, bean sprouts, spring
onions and vegetables and cook for 1 to 2 minutes |

| 2. | Add sesame oil, soy sauce and sugar and fry for a further minute or two andserve. |
Note: You can add all sorts of meat or seafood to the noodles as well. Fry it first before combining with the noodles.
