This recipes is for 4.
Ingredients:
| 1/2lb Frying Beef, thinly sliced (marinated in 1 tbs soy sauce,
1 tbs sesame oil, 1 egg white and 2 tbs of cornflour - chilled for at least 1/2 hour) |
| 1/2lb Broccoli, cut into bite size pieces (blanched in boiling water and refreshed under cold water) |
| 2 Spring Onion (cut into inch size) |
| 2 cloves Garlic, sliced |
| 1 small pcs Ginger, sliced |
| 12tbs Vegetable Oil |
| 2tbs Oyster Sauce |
| 1 tbs Sesame Oil |

Instructions:
| 1. | Heat oil in wok until hot, then add garlic and ginger to flavour the oil. |

| 2. | Add the beef and fry for 4 to 5 minutes |
|
| 3. | Add broccoli, oyster sauce and sesame oil and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes and serve. |
