This recipes is for 4.

Ingredients:
1/2lb Frying Beef, thinly sliced (marinated in 1 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs sesame oil, 1 egg white and 2 tbs of cornflour - chilled for at least 1/2 hour)
1/2lb Broccoli, cut into bite size pieces (blanched in boiling water and refreshed under cold water)
2 Spring Onion (cut into inch size)
2 cloves Garlic, sliced
1 small pcs Ginger, sliced
12tbs Vegetable Oil
2tbs Oyster Sauce
1 tbs Sesame Oil
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in wok until hot, then add garlic and ginger to flavour the oil.
2.Add the beef and fry for 4 to 5 minutes
3.Add broccoli, oyster sauce and sesame oil and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes and serve.
